What we collect
When you sign up via GitHub, we store your GitHub username, GitHub user ID, and email address. This is used solely for account management and billing.
When you register a project, we store the domain name and framework type.
We track session counts per project per month for billing purposes.
What we do NOT collect or store
We do not store any browser data. DOM snapshots, console logs, element queries, and network performance data pass through the relay server in memory only. Nothing is written to disk or database. All session data is automatically purged when the session expires (maximum 4 hours) or when the relay restarts.
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and account data storage
- GitHub — OAuth authentication provider
- Railway — application hosting
- Stripe — payment processing (when applicable)
Cookies
The sncro middleware sets a sncro_key cookie on consumer applications when a debugging session is active. This cookie is ephemeral and is cleared when the session is disabled. The sncro.net dashboard uses session cookies for authentication.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Session data is never persisted. Usage counts are retained for billing history.
